Kevin Kleiber is 28 years old and comes from Germany. He has been in Mexico since September 13th, when he began his one-year volunteer program at APAC.
Kevin has cerebral palsy. Being in Mexico has allowed him to work on his independence. Additionally, he has been able to practice his Spanish, which he began learning in Germany.
Kevin studied communications in university and there learned about content creation. As a volunteer at APAC, he is part of the communications team where he has an opportunity to use his knowledge and previous experience.
His experience has been positive also because of his workmates, Kevin said.
“The atmosphere here is like a family, and people are really nice,” he said. “I really recommend APAC as a place to volunteer.”
