APAC received the Merit Award in the Medica-Therapeutic category from World Cerebral Palsy Day for its mobile application and awarness campaign “Atención es Prevención”
World CP Day is an organization which strives to guarantee rights, access and opportunities to people with Cerebral Palsy. Celebrated on October 6th, World Cerebral Palsy Day seeks to celebrate the accomplishments of people with CP and the organizations which support them.
We are proud to be given this honor, which speaks to the quality of the services APAC provides day after day.
“For APAC, placing special emphasis on Early Intervention means we are not only looking at a disability as an issue, but we are looking into its causes, and developing abilities and skills in our youngest beneficiaries,” said Enrique Tellez, President of APAC’s Board of Directors. “We are very excited to receive this recognition, which reflects the work we do in this area.”
