On October 15th, APAC and the Electoral Institute of Mexico City (IECM) signed a collaboration agreement which seeks to achieve inclusion of people with disabilities in civil participation.
Planned activities include civil and political rights education sessions, as well as promotic democratic culture to beneficiaries of APAC.
“Joint efforts are essential to achieve our goals,” said IECM spokesperson Yuri Beltran, during the event.
It’s fundamental for APAC to have allies such as the IECM to spread a message of diversity and inclusion of people with Cerebral Palsy.
