APAC Launches food packages and diapers campaign During the COVID-19 Health Crisis

Kevin Kleiber is 28 years old and comes from Germany. He has been in Mexico since September 13th, when he began his one-year volunteer program at APAC. Kevin has cerebral palsy. Being in Mexico has allowed him to work on his independence. Additionally, he has been able to practice his Spanish, which he began learning in Germany. The results of the 2019 edition of ESRU Foundation’s Art Contest were announced on November 29th. Some of APAC’s beneficiaries, including children, youth and adults participated. In late October, the Family Pyschology department at APAC launched a support group for siblings of benefeciaries. During three sessions, participants reflected on the role disability plays in the personal identity of teenage siblings. Through this workshop, they placed a focus on self-knowledge and building satisfying family relationships.
